All products at Waytons are strictly copyrighted. Copyright violation will lead to action for injunctive relief and a claim for damages as warranted.

1.       IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You should carefully read the following Terms of Use. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use.

2.       LICENSE

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the templates and other products sold through our web site in accordance with these Terms of Use (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to you. This should be the website you have entered as "Your Website URL”. You have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another website with the same design.

 
c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You are NOT allowed to edit or disable any copyright or link back information from our products.
You are only allowed to do so if you have purchased the service "Copyright Removal".

 
d) INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of our products which require this. Installation is charged as an additional service.

 
e) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other
medium and offer them for redistribution or resale. Re-Sell rights are NOT permitted under any circumstances.

 
f) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without our approval.

g) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

h) ANTIFRAOUD CHECK
Orders may take up 24hours to process due to manual antifraud check. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
 

 3.       OUR REFUND POLICY

Since Waytons are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read what files you will get when you are ordering a template.

4.       COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

Images like product thumbnails that you can see in our templates are not included in the template license. These images are just examples of products that you can sell in your store. Waytons take no responsible for any product images showed in the template designs. This is not a part of the template products we are offering and should not be used on your website.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
